New partnership in value-based care with Leapfrog to Value
Geneva, September 2024 - We are pleased to announce that the Global Surgery Foundation (GSF) and Leapfrog to Value have entered into a strategic partnership through the signing of a memorandum of understanding.
Leapfrog to Value (L2V) is an initiative of Global Development Incubator, Inc., which incubates innovative initiatives with high potential for social impact. L2V envisions human-centered health systems that deliver better health and societal outcomes at a better cost. L2V predominantly works in low- and middle-income countries to build the field of value-based care, and partners with global and local institutions to unlock the value of human-centered health systems for patients, providers, and payers.
The missions of our two organisations intersect with the shared goal of improving access to care through a health systems strengthening approach, and shared programmatic priorities on Breast Cancer and Maternal Health.
More recently, L2V participated in GSF’s educational online event ‘From Concept to Concrete: Implementing Value-Based Healthcare to Improve Care for the Patient’, aiming to explore the practical implementation of value-based healthcare approaches to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
